Program Description

Globe Roof Inspection Program Inc. sends text messages to registered contractors and vendors to provide project updates, scheduling coordination, operational alerts, and notifications regarding new available projects.

User Opt-In

When an account is created by an administrator, Globe Roof Inspection Program Inc. sends a notification to the mobile phone number provided for the account. This notification contains a secure link directing the user to review SMS communication preferences.

To opt in to SMS communications, the user must access the secure link and actively select the SMS consent checkbox. SMS messages will only be sent after the user has provided this affirmative consent.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active project load and the availability of new projects in your area.

Cost

Globe Roof Inspection Program Inc. does not charge for our text message service. However, standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier depending on your mobile service plan.

How to Opt-Out

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by logging into their account profile and clearing the SMS consent checkbox.

Once SMS consent has been removed, Globe Roof Inspection Program Inc. will no longer send operational or informational text messages to that mobile number unless the user subsequently opts in again.
